Business performance
He has been involved in equipment development/development support for 37 years from the standpoint of both semiconductor equipment manufacturers and users (semiconductor manufacturers).
I have been committed to the work design and breakthrough thinking advocated by Professor G. Nadler and have tried to put it into practice not only in equipment development but also in the solution of all kinds of problems.
Therefore, in technology and business models, we are good at pursuing the essence of things, reexamining them from perspectives that others are not aware of, and constructing optimal solutions to higher-level objectives.
He questioned the technologies and methods that dominated the semiconductor industry, developed, selected, and advocated fundamental solutions, and contributed to the development of the industry on four occasions.
In addition, they have a lot of experience in making presentations to share with others about new values.
I have experience in proposals and negotiations in Japanese, English, and Korean; working with consortia and industry associations such as Sematech, SRC, imec, and SEMI, as well as domestic and international universities and startups; and M&A technology due diligence.
