Value-added
Form a community that can collect issues from stakeholders and categorize issues. The solutions to the categorized issues will be compiled into a manual and stocked as a collection of know-how. This collection of know-how will be used to add value through stakeholder management.
Improvement of efficiency
Visualize stakeholder issues efficiently by utilizing METI’s local benchmarks and management design sheets. We will organize the business flow with particular emphasis on non-financial information, clarify waste and efficiency points in each process, utilize frameworks such as 5S, PQCDSME, and 3S, and consider the use of IT to improve operational efficiency.

Value-added
We perform multidimensional data analysis of stakeholder issues. Using generative AI, we process data into secondary information and correlate it with a collection of know-how to add value.
Improvement of efficiency
LLM-based generative AI (ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, Claude, Genspark, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Felo), zoom, Notion, various SNS, digital marketing with workflow tools (Dify, Jinbaflow), etc. We use the right tools in the right places, such as digital marketing, to improve efficiency.
